One of God’s many gifts to us is the ability to take our lives (no matter what our circumstances) and not only see beauty around us, but also to create beauty – creating things around us that praise God and bless others.
This is not always easy. It is a choice – often one that takes more than we have in us. All things seek their lowest energy level unless acted upon by a catalyst. (Ramification of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics). This is also true when applied to human nature. It is so easy to seek our lowest energy levels: laziness, pride and selfishness, etc., things often called SIN.
We have selfish catalysts, like pride, but the most beautiful and lasting things we produce, our best and most noble things, come from our Divine Catalyst – The Almighty and Sovereign God who is our Creator, our Savior and our Sustainer.
This is the God whom I love and worship and share with you in this website. This is the Triune God of the Bible. May your life be full of hope and energy and joy. My prayer is for you to find encouragement and victory – to deeply realize that the “chief end of man is to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever.” (Westminster Shorter Catechism)
